[Asterisk-Dev] Agent Auto-Logout

I'm looking to be able to Auto-Logout an agent from a queue after the
agent has missed X number of calls.

The purpose of this is to handle and issue of agents forgetting to
logout.

Were does Asterisk keep the information regarding agent utilization for
its own call routing purposes?

Would it be possible to perform an external cleanup type check from
another app, or would this function have to be written into the queuing
logic?
