[Asterisk-Dev] HylaFAX and spandsp

Over on the openh323 project, under contrib is something called 
t38modem.  Likly the "wrong" (H323) protocol, but it does exactly that. 
  Pretends to be a modem attached to a tty.  HylaFax uses it very well.
