[Asterisk-Dev] PTHREAD_MUTEX_RECURSIVE

PTHREAD_MUTEX_RECURSIVE is generally defined by the OS or system.  In
general it would be defined in pthread.h.

You have a native posix library I believe, so there must be an appropriate
header to define it, if it's not pthread.h.
