[Asterisk-Dev] PRI Error with EWSD Switch

I'm adding in counter code as we speak so I can get a handle on what errors
are being generated on what spans, these will be shown in /proc/zaptel

I'll call them 1,1a,1b,1c.... :)

I think the ISDN people love numbers way too much. Can't the software 
simply say "frame checksum error?" so that people that have not read 
Q.391 as bed lecture know what is going on?
