[Asterisk-Dev] outbound proxy and chan_sip2

When I try using outbound proxy support in chan_sip2, in debugging mode 
I get this:

and It never seems go through my outbound proxy anyway.

This is version z of the driver.  While outboundproxyip is set to 
192.168.1.1 it completely ignores.
