[Asterisk-Dev] Valet Parking Compile error

Hi Folks !
I get this error when installing valet parking app.
[lucky at pbx asterisk]# astxs -install apps/app_valetparking.c
make: *** No rule to make target `apps_env'.  Stop.
  -c apps/app_valetparking.c -o apps/app_valetparking.o

I have the source file in the apps directory
I have RH 8,Asterisk from CVS,X100P,TDM400, what might be the problem ?
