[Asterisk-Dev] Move to update default modules.conf to noload chan_iax?

Due to the number of queries on the users list of late regarding the 
chan_iax1.conf warnings, etc., why don't we update the sample 
modules.conf file in CVS to noload => chan_iax

People who are new to * won't need it.

People who do need it will already have their conf stuff set up. They 
will also likely know where to look on a new install if chan_iax isn't 
getting loaded and they want it.

Mark or someone - feel like updating the HEAD?
