[Asterisk-Dev] Tweak to current Makefile for Mac OS X 10.3

Hi folks,
   I note that the asterisk Makefile support for Darwin checks for 
Jaguar (uname -r returns 7.0.0).
The latest version of Mac OS X/Darwin is Panther, and returns 7.2.0, so 
the main Makefile needs an addition immediately after existing line 165 
(endif):
ifeq ($(shell uname -r),7.2.0)
LIBS+=-lresolv
endif

Do this and it works on Panther as well.
