It is not hard to set up a CVS server so that it runs "make all"
after every commit and rejects the commit if the build fails. I
_think_ examples are someplace in the CVS documentation. A lot
of people set up CVS to send e-mail notices on commits to a
"comtter's e-mail list as well.
It all goes in a script CVS runs when certain commands get
executed.
