The chan_sip2 channel have been updated

* Up to date with chan_sip cvs from two days ago (not todays patches, yet)
* Template support for both users and peers (thanks flavour for testing :-)
* Special template support for autocreatepeer
* New CLI: 'sip show peer <peername>' (thanks to submitter on bugs, somewhat improved)
* WWW authentication on registration (instead of Proxy-auth, which is wrong)
* Numberous fixes
* CLI 'sip show active' shows details on active (registred/host ip) peers
* MYSQL Authentication - only check password in Mysql database
* Many, many, many comments in source code added

If you have some time left over in a corner somewhere, please help me test
this beta channel. Add comments to the same bug note in bugs.digium.com
