[Asterisk-Dev] Zap Circuit Status via Manager

IS there any way of getting the status of Zap circuit from the manager
interface? If not, as I think there isn't where would be the best place
to implement this? Is the information available from within the asterisk
architecture?

Would be good if there was: -

a) A manager event for if an alarm is set on a specific circuit
Event: ZapAlarm
Interface: Zap/1
Alarm: Red
Reason: No circuit detected

b) A manager command, something like ZapStatus
Action: ZapStatus
Interface: Zap/1

If any of this possible from within asterisk? Would this be located in
chan_zap?
