[Asterisk-Dev] How to program "Dial an mp3"?

In the presentation he really says you can dial an MP3 from a phone. I think
to understand that dialing a specific number will play a mp3, but I might be
wrong.

It is in "the 10 reasons to use asterisk" section near the end of the
presentation.

   I think that it's about on-hold calls... When you put the phone on
on-hold, * may play an mp3 or even an stream (live audio) from the internet.
You'll find Music OnHold definitions on the musiconhold.conf at your *'s
PREFIX/etc/asterisk directory.

I have asked it probably wrongly in the user group, but nobody seems to know
the answer. I am sure someone here is familiar wit this.

it is mentioned that one can even "dial an Mp3 file" in *.
Is there anybody who knows how this is programmed?
When this Mp3 is playing, is it then still possible to receive a call?
