[Asterisk-Dev] Delphi IAXLib or VC++ softphone client

Is there a delphi version of the IAXLib, or any sample apps that use 
it?   I thought I saw in google someone mentioning such a think.  I 
have spent hours trying to get iaxcomm to compile in cygwin with no 
success, and it took me hours just to get iaxlib2 to build in vc++ :)  
Anyone know of any delphi versions, or any softphones that work well in 
vc++?
