 if so,  i missed where in chan_capi are tested channel avalibility...
point plz me to that fragment :)

as far as i know, chan_capi during loading, does consider every channel free; 
each call incomint/outgoing consumes a slot and decreases the counter of free 
channels; it never does check isdn line availibility and (if not available) 
puts channel in busy (or something else != free)

in bri_stuff, instead, the line is always checked, as i plug isdn jack in, CLI 
does show it writing spawn channel or something similar; when i unplug isdn 
line, something other is shown up
