[Asterisk-Dev] Asterisk behind Siemens PBX via BRI interface

I don't have any PRI interfaces for Asterisk at the moment - they are on the
way though - but theoretically this will work.

Cheers
Jason

Do you manage to do it with PRI interface?

I was wondering the same thing. I would assume that we would somehow have to
coinfigure the BRI on the legacy PBX as a trunk.

Not sure about this and haven't had a chance to try yet

Hello,
I actually try to connect asterisk behind a siemens PBX to make some test.
I use a fritz passive ISDN card with 1 BRI port.
Actually, to make it work, I have changed the mode of my BRI PBX connection
to a S0 BUS. As this, I can fake the telco, and so I’m able to connect the
fritz card to the siemens.
My problem is I can’t manage prefix on the siemens in order to place call
from the PBX to asterisk. The only way to make such call is to dial the
number of the S0 Bus.
Does someone get an idea to let my PBX in normal ISDN mode, and to connect
with the fritz card? In this way, I will be able to manage prefix on both
asterisk and siemens part.
Thanks.
