Biggest benefit, is that it actually parks in the sense that a traditional
PBX does.
Traditional PBX doesn't 'accidently' bridge two calls.  Asterisk in current
'parking' does.
That is a major failure on the part of Asterisk IMHO.
If the change can be made in such a way that it can still allow the
current ( and IMHO incorrect ) behaviour, then I solidly vote for this
to be included.  People who want to keep the current behaviour, can.
People who can't deploy this as-is without the ability to not allow
an end-user to park/bridge two calls together by accident, can get what
they need.
Everybody wins, everybody gets the behaviour they want.
Anyone disagree?
