[Asterisk-Dev] chan_h323 rewrite

Dear Jeremy:

In my experience the two most annoying problems with chan_h323 are these:

1) H323 phones can't transfer calls using #. When you press it you hear
the "transfer" message from asterisk but as soon as you press any key
you hear the invalid extension message. (bug 0000221 and others)

2) Using the "flash" key to transfer calls from an h323 phone crashes
Asterisk (bug 0001001)

I think it would be great if the new driver solved this problems.

Regards,
   Jorge
