I don't send bugs in very often, and so forgetting to include [patch] in
the summary is not always top of my mind.

So the first question is if it would be possible for someone to modify
bugs.digium.com to allow a submitter to modify the summary after initial
post?

Second, while I have your attention. Could someone look over this bug
and the included patch files.
