[Asterisk-Dev] PATCH - Timers and messages in app dial()

anthm has contributed a patch to the dial() app that adds a timeout as well
as messages to the caller about how much time there is left to speak.
I know a lot of people want something like this, either implemented within
Dial or as a function of AbsoluteTimeout() timeouts. This seems to be one
way of solving it.

Please test this patch and comment on the bugtracker - if you like it, if it's
necessary or just stupid, if it breaks your asterisk or if you just want it into
the CVS by yesterday. We need feedback!
