Actually I change the OH323.conf to billing and restarted * then start
logging the entries into MySQL so the config looks like this:

Actually, the channel just needs a soft hangup, so there is nothing
weird with this message. According to your "oh323.conf" , all the
H.323 CDRs are logged into a separate file, "default.csv". Did you
check that file?
