I have done this for a patch to chan_sip.c and dealing with
no-caller-id being present, but got no comments, feedback, or any hint
that I needed to sign a disclaimer to assign copyrights to Digium.

Perhaps there needs to be a developer FAQ, or if there is one, I need
to find read it?
