	could you help me to add SP tone detection to dsp.c? I would
like to know step to modify ringing, dialtone and busy to Spain
signalling.

Hi,

I've added UK tone detection to dsp.c - for UK ringing and busy.
(dialtone is the same as the US).

This seems to work well.

But the TALKING detection doesn't work so well for me.  Especially for
female voices.  This is used to detect that the remote party picked up.

Does it work for other people?

I'll try some other approached to talking detection, but not if it
already works for everyone else.
