FYI...

X-ten has e-mailed me and are working to resolve this odd implementation in
X-lite (I presume they'll check X-pro) so that it follows the RFC.  This is
the first DTMF problem I've come across where the duration field was the
problem.  Most issues I've seen have to do with the Sip endpoint ignoring
the SDP info from Asterisk.
