[Asterisk-Dev] Documentation bug (I think)

I have heard that ACD is part of Asterisk but I have not seen any mention of
it's functionality (i.e. reporting, monitoring, agent functions, routing
functions)  Is there any documentaion yet?

I have another question that I ran by the Digium folks.  There is a Dialogic
card that will communicate with legacy Lucent and Nortel proprietary PBX
phones (not IP phones).  Is there a way that this can be used in an Asterisk
system to be able to use current investment in phonesets?
