Thank you for the prompt review.

I apologise for choosing the point release. Since users are encouraged to use the most recent release, it seemed logical to patch the most recent point release. Clearly, I was mistaken.

Running the bootstrap.sh script regenerates 'configure' in both the root directory and the menuselect directory. See lines 31 to 33.

I will update my patch to include the regenerated 'configure' changes.
