Look at tests/channels/pjsip/secure_calling/calls/nominal/all_ciphers_verify_certs.
You can place the certs/keys in the configs directories then use the substitution parameter "<<astetcdir>>" in the conf file.  When the test runs, the testsuite copies the files to a private etc/asterisk directory and replaces "<<astetcdir>>" with the path to that directory.
