I guess what RaiseException and the e extension do is error handling, no? That's what I think of when thinking of "error handling" in the dialplan.

If people want an error if type thing, then they can do ExecIf($[!${cond}]?RaiseException()) and define their error handling in the e extension. Not what this is for, though.
