Patch Set 1:

I do not understand what is expected from me, what wording would be accepted. Before the change: The value from OPTIMIZE from the *main* Makefile is copied always. Therefore DONT_OPTIMIZE does not make any change down here. After the change, codec_gsm uses its own ‘OPTIMIZE’ just in case of GCC 4.2.
