Alexander, I understand your frustration but the patch as-is could potentially cause serious ripple effects for others.  If you don't have the time to adjust the patch to add the setting to pjsip.conf/system and set it using pjsip_cfg()->tcp.keep_alive_interval, then maybe another community member can jump in.
