Patch Set 1:

If an implementation did not handle it well it may fail the SDP negotiation, resulting in the call failing. If that occurs a person may not know why and would be confused - coming to us asking why. That's what I want to avoid and give them a chance themselves to see why it failed. It should be documented in the CHANGES file.
