Patch Set 1:

So in my case,

After a call has started (initiated by either end), their SBC sends empty body INFO packets, with the CallID / To / From  etc matching the original INVITE.

If I do not respond ok to them, their SBC will drop the call after 15 minutes. 

Can provide packet trace but would need to be private.
