Patch Set 3:

./bootstrap.sh did touch ./configure, yes. However, it is identical to the previous version. As expected, only "autoconfig.h.in" changed because that is the input for ./configure to generate the final "autoconfig.h". Double-checked with "git diff". Therefore, please, explain in detail which file(s) (and which changes therein) you are still expecting.
