Opa Speak up Guys, how are you?

I would like your knowledge, guaranteed with a dialer and we have a client located on a server.

It turns out that he has a problem with broken links, in fact, the audios recorded by the platform are excellent, but when we download it to analyze it in sngrep for Wireshark, it appears that the links are broken all the time, they almost do not allow us to hear the audio via wire app.

We changed the server and it didn't improve, we found packet loss at one of the client's suppliers and we asked them to remove it so we could check for an improvement, but we didn't get an improvement.

Does anyone have a tip?
