Additionally - be aware that ODBC support in app_voicemail and chan_sip are both community supported. If the backtrace does show issues there is no timeframe on when they would get looked into if the problem is in those areas.

I would also ask that you specify what database you are using and which connector. If using MySQL then ensure you are using the MariaDB connector, as that works the best for people. The MySQL connector can cause crashes and deadlocks.
