>From Asterisk/4003, I dial 60102(Cisco CUCM thru FXO patton)
In the INVITE, I can see my TO is wrong because it dials "internally", inside Asterisk(60102 at sterisk whereas I'd like to have 60102 at FXO)
I guess my extensions.conf is wrong. 
Here is a sample
