Yep.  That's it.  Removed unsolicited MWI (zeroed out the "mailboxes" field in ps_endpoints) and putting back the ast_sorcery_object_field_register_custom  and SIP stack responsiveness now happens in < 5 seconds.

We technically do probably need unsolicited MWI for some endpoints, though it architecturally could be worked around.

How complicated is a fix for unsolicited MWI?
