Got it. It's unsolicited MWI.
All our ENDPOINTs are without 'mailboxes' set (no unsolicited MWI).
The 'mailboxes' is set for AORs (SIP devices subscribe to MWI).
Do you need unsolicited MWI?
Can you test without unsolicited MWI and without removing ast_sorcery_object_field_register_custom?
