I should provide a few details on the packet capture I uploaded.  This was an inbound fax coming from +16517771722 at 66.62.196.234:5060 to our Asterisk server at +16514396653 at 216.17.0.219:5060.  The fax servers trained down to 9600 before we were able to successfully receive 3 pages.  After receiving the EOP we sent a MCF and received a DCN which ended the fax transmission, however Asterisk said the fax failed.  Here are the FAXOPT values:

Fax Error: NO_ERROR

Any input on how to resolve this issue and get Asterisk to report it correctly as a successful fax would be greatly appreciated.
