Ah, {{chan_gulp}}. We hardly knew thee.

We need to rename it to {{chan_pjsip}}. This extends beyond the channel driver.
* All of the CLI commands should start with {{pjsip}}
* Any AMI commands should note that they refer to {{pjsip}}
* Potentially, we may want to consider renaming the SIP stack to {{res_pjsip}}.
* Potentially, we may also want to consider renaming the configuration file to {{res_pjsip.conf}}.


Even if we decide not to rename the resource modules, people's interactions with it should make it clear whether or not it is affecting a {{chan_sip}} channel/{{chan_sip}} functionality; or whether it will affect a {{chan_pjsip}} channel/{{chan_pjsip}} functionality.
