Asterisk 12 requires the correct pjproject to be built. The {{make_deps}} script needs to be updated to pull the project using git, configure it (correctly), build, and install it.

The trickiest part of this will be to figure out how to build it with SRTP, as SRTP is not typically a package on most systems.
