-------------------------------------------------------------

The customer gave us the autosupport info from their system, and they are currently on Libri 1.4.13.

So it's possible that their system is slowing down too much and isn't able to respond to the peer's SABME in time -- is there anything we need to do to verify that? Or just have them try upgrading to a bigger server?

Edit: I guess the more appropriate question would be, is there cause for concern on the customer's part if their system does not frequently reach this point?

> The customer is concerned about this, and would like to know what it means and if it's anything they should be worried about.
