The customer gave us the autosupport info from their system, and they are currently on Libri 1.4.13.

So it's possible that their system is slowing down too much and isn't able to respond to the peer's SABME in time -- is there anything we need to do to verify that? Or just have them try upgrading to a bigger server?

Edit: I guess the more appropriate question would be, what ill effects might their PBX experience as a result of this?
