I attached the debug file at level 5, the first file is names debug.23 and the second file is debug.22.   Queue.conf and Sip.Conf have been applied.  I am using version 10.10.0   
CallStuckInQueue_12032012.pcap is the SIP on the call that got stuck in queue.

The summary.txt file is verbiage that should help the developer look through debug file.  Let me know if I can contribute more on this.
