the code says to do. Aren't all bugs just doing what they are told ;) ?

The reason why I see it as a bug is when you make a call when the caller
hangs up you would not want to keep going with the called party. If you
call some one with call screening and the caller hangs up does it make
sense to keep screening the call to the person being called ? I don't see
this as any different then when you are placing a call to some one and then
you decide to hang up because they are not answering.
