Summary:                    Voicemail MWI - deleted messages are not notified to
the extension
Description: 
Same as issue 15978 but with Asterisk 1.8.1
Entering VOICEMAILMAIN after manually deleting voicemail files, makes
Asterisk send the correct NOTIFY message to the phone which stops blinking.

There's the problem.  If you use an external program to delete files, you
need to have pollmailboxes=yes in voicemail.conf (see the comment starting
on line 176 in the sample configuration file).
