Summary: Asterisk Crash possibly with app_swift
Description:
I noticed my asterisk crashing once/twice per month. I recompiled with the
DONT_OPTIMIZE and here are some results.

I have been able to replicate this behavior - it seems swift gets very
upset when there are multiple channels in use.
for example, extension 100 is talking/connected to extension 101
extension 143 dials and Swift tries to say something - asterisk crashes.
