Summary:                    Macros displayed as question marks in Outgoing
Calling Rules list
Description: 
Macros calls are displayed as 'Local Destination : ??' in outgoing calling
rules list. Other commands including 'Goto' and 'ChanSpy' are correct
parsed and displayed.
