Summary:                    /dev/dahdi/transcode missing
Description: 
/dev/dahdi/transcode is missing from *NOW v1.5.0


unloading chan_dahdi is NOT a solution.  This card has worked fine since
asterisk 0.9.x.

the device probably needs to be created with mknod.
