error on console when using wcb4xxp
Description: 
When a wcb4xxp is connected as a BRI span in TE mode, you get errors like:

timking: I am from Canada.  It happened again today, but at a much later
time of 07:29:32.  I did not set the intense debugging since I restarted
but I did notice a few other errors which might be related so I'll see what
I can dig up here.
