Summary:                    Chan Local Fails to bridge from originate
Description: 
When using the Asterisk manager to originate a call with both legs to
dialplan, second leg doesn't start.  Details in Steps To Reproduce.

Any word on this one?

I'm having to get customers to revert to 235000 for all installs and if
they have problems they're being told to upgrade to the latest version when
it doesn't work.
